Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with Venus Holistic Therapies. We value your time and the time of other clients. To ensure our schedule runs smoothly, please read our cancellation policy carefully. Notice Period: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a fee of 50% of the total treatment cost. No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment. Online Bookings: For online bookings, a deposit of 50% may be required. This deposit will be forfeited in the case of a no-show or a late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice). Repeated Cancellations: We reserve the right to require full payment in advance or to no longer accept bookings from clients who consistently cancel or miss appointments.
